To ensure accurate processing, we kindly ask that you bring your insurance card and any updated information to each appointment.
Our team is happy to submit and track your insurance claims on your behalf, and we’ll even take care of the postage for any special claim submissions. Please keep in mind that dental insurance is a contract between you, your provider, and your employer, and you are ultimately responsible for any costs not covered by your plan.
